Maybe it'd be better to grasp the English language before attempting the Spanish?
What are the ones in your book so we know what not to duplicate?
Veterinarian = veterinario(a)
Psychiatrist = psiquiatro(a)
wordreference.com has a comprehensive spanish/english dictionary

Look on monster.com or goolge 'unusual jobs' and then use a English to Spanish dictionary or freetranslation.com to translate them.
