In XP it's in the (DRIVE):\WINDOWS\system32 folder and is called clipbrd.exe. I'm not sure why you'd want to know that.
If you want to know the contents, just click Control+V into Word.
If you want to clear it, then reboot.

The "clipboard" on your computer is a figure of speach. There really is no clipboard. Your computer just saves the info you copy until either you copy something else or restart your machine.
