Count Dracula would kill and eat Count Chocula with 2% milk.

If Count Dracula has a box of Count Chocula, Count Chocula would win. Otherwise, Count Dracula would suck the blood out of C. Chocula. Oh, I forgot, Count Chocula is a cartoon character, he doesn't have any blood. In that case, its a toss up.
Maybe, they would both knock each other out and niether one would win.

thats a tough one because count chocula is diabetic but there's no evidence to suggest that he's susceptible to garlic, wooden stakes or sunlight. so light and other chocolate filled vampire, vampire hunter he would sneak into Dracula's castle and stake him.
the problem here is that Dracula has historically been surrounded by vampire slave girls and what do girls like more then being slaves? that's right chocolate. they would be on top of chocula in a heart beat.
but to answer your question, in head on fight between the two chocula is at the disadvantage because his head is so big.
i don't even want to image what Frankenberry would do to Dracula if he killed Chocula... and i never thought i'd ever write that sentence.

One, no longer count huge variety Dracula. 2, actual no longer count variety of Monte Cristo. he's human. and 3, neither will count huge variety Chocula, who's blood will flavor like chocolate. Forth and ultimately, i will win the combat between all, ah ah ah ah.
