I am so sorry your friend reacts to you getting good grades. You keep it up. Getting good grades is so important in preparing for your future. Don't let what your friend does spoil it for you.
Your friend has a big problem. If you do not struggle with this problem, you will with another one. No one is perfect.
Friends are not perfect. Your have to decide for yourself iwhich faults you are willing to overlook.
There have been people that I have had to stop being their close freind, because of some issue that I did not want to deal with if we were to continue being good freinds. We still consider each other a friends, but just not a close friend. We do not hang out together anymore.
A friend is a gift. Talk to them before deciding if you two can remain freinds. Tell them how you are feeling about the way they are acting. Maybe they do not realize how it is impacting you. Maybe they do, and would like help in dealing with the problem.

There is nothing wrong w/ being jealous. everyone is always jealous at one perticular thing. I get jealous when my friend does a back flip. I would keep her as a friend. Look for things in her that are not about her jealousy. If she is really getting on ur nerves, then talk to her. She'll understand. If she is jealous of her bad grades, then she obveously doesn't study or pay attention in class. Maybe suggest to her to take notes or she can come over and u can study together. Then when u get the papers and tests back you can both be proud and there will be no jealous friend. Hope I helped!

What do you think? would you feel like a good friend if you were constently jelious of someone? Talk to her if it is out of control and if she does not stop or thinks you're being silly then no she is not a good friend. You know, I think you'r queston is a little silly. It's just a grade honey. You will come across much bigger problems than what you'r talking about. Dont swet the petty stuff ok.

Back in the Stone Age, when I was in high school, a friend and I were very competitive when it came to grades and it was a great motivator for us to do well. We worked hard and always compared our scores, but I don't think there was ever any animosity there. We were just overachievers.

Jealousy is probably the worst thing that can be between two friends. It also shows you shes not a real friend. Real friends will be happy for you and not jealous. So don't get too attached to her, it will hurt you in the end, its never going to be a real friendship if shes jealous.

Sure :) Just call her up and say "Hey, I know you're having a little trouble with your grades. How about you come over sometimes and we'll study a little bit to get your grades up?" I'm sure she'd love the help :)

Maybe a half *ssed friend. You don't need people who try and drag you down because they aren't as good at something or as happy as you are. Knowing you're better should make you work harder. Don't tell her your marks anymore, then see how your friendship lasts.

Grammer is a tough and tricky subject. I am jealous of people who can figure those things out. A little jealous and awestruck. If she's not keying your car, it's all good!

sure she is. the question is, can you deal with her jealousies? i've always had best friends who have tried to one-up me, compete with me, and it got annoying after a while. so, if you're willing to deal with all of that, then you are a good friend and a better person than i am
