my boyfriend is giving me flowers for valentines day and he is bringing them to school so what can he do to make it so they don't die when i have them at school?

Take them to the bathroom, get some paper towels wet and put them around the bottom of the stems and stick it all into a plastic bag if you can get your hands on one. then you can carry them about with you or stick them in your locker and they should hold up pretty well.

If you're allowed to, privately ask one of your teachers if you can put them in the fridge in the teachers' lounge or something. That's how professional florists keep their flowers fresh! The flower buds will close up in the cold and dark but they will begin to open up again after you take them out.Remember to wrap the stems in a moist paper towel before you put them away!

If they are coming from a florist belive me they will make it until you get home if you can keep your jealous gf's out of them.
If they are from a store he can get a vase and fill with half water half sprite Cut the stems just a little underwater and they will last a long time.
