I had glasses and felt the same way when i was in middle school. But lucky for me I discovered contacts..they are very easy to use and dont hurt at all. But its not that your uglier just because you have glasses, its just somethign new that you havent experienced yet and its taking a while for you to get use to it. And if you dont want contacts they have really fashionable glasses out now that are very attractive. Good Luck and dont feel bad about yourself because alot of the way people see you is the way you see yourself.

Glasses, like the ones you used on your avatar, square and a little thick, but not too big, are actually very cute and stylish.
The thin rimmed ones, I think, personally, are just not flattering to the face.
After you've had them about a year, try contacts.

i have had glasses since 5th grade and i didnt feel ugly just a little embarassed......but try to get ones that look cute on your face not all glasses look right and wear your hair down i think when people wear their hair down with glasses is soooooooo sexy

i hate wearing my glasses! but if u have some cute glasses then you'll look good in them. but i like wearing contacts... actually try fitting some that fit ur face because sometimes glasses are made for a different shaped face

no, embrace your eye wear. people with out glasses want sun glasses and other cool eye accessories. glasses can make an outfit . not to mention help you see.
