forget suppliments for now ,if you want to lose weight then there is no better way of doing so than excersise.
i have now lost 4 stone in 4months through good excersise such as running 4 times a week(to begin with it doesnt matter how far)
and a few sit ups and so on.when you have lost a few pounds then your body will be in a better shape than ever,thus reducing your appetite without even knowing it.good luck mate.

I don't know how effective this is, just heard that eating a half of grapefruit in the morning "shrinks" your stomach so that hunger doesn't hit as much as it did. Like I said, have no idea if it works. Also, have read that if you drink an 8oz glass of water with one tsp. of vinegar in it before meal time you will eat less and it supposedly helps keep your body from retaining any fat. If you decide to try either I wish you luck and really hope it works for you. I've never tried it as I don't have a weight problem. I certainly would try it if I did!

Good luck with the portion control - the cause of the weight loss (besides burning it off). Make the food healthy and lose the sugars.

There is a new product on the market called Hoodia. It is supposedly able to reduce your cravings to eat, and make you feel full longer. I think Costco sells some, as well as the vitamin places in the malls around.
