An ad popup company put their search engine site as my homepage. Can I change it back?

Hi, it sounds like you have got the dreaded "spyware" on your computer. I suggest you run a full virus scan to identify and remove this malicious software.

In the meanwhile to change your homepage. go to the website you want to use for your home page. eg. www.google.com - I assume you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer... go to "Tools" .. "Internet Options" then click the "Use Current" button.. Click "OK" and you are done.

Yes, you can change it back. Go to the site you want to be the homepage. Then, at the top of your screen, on the toolbar, click 'Tools', then 'Internet Options'. Where it says homepage: and the address, click the button that says 'Use Current' and click 'OK' at the bottom of the pop-up box. Hope this helps :)

On most browsers if you go to 'Internet Options' (on Internet Explorer this is in the 'Tools' Menu) then under the first tab (General) there should be the option to change your homepage.
