I agree with Tahini above. Chalmers is a good choice. Chalmers in Gothenburg has a masters programme in architecture in the English language - http://www.chalmers.se/en/sections/education/masterprogrammes/programme-descriptions/architecture - but I don't know if you are looking for undergraduate studies or postgraduate. I would recommend two places:
KTH ("Kungliga Tekniska Hoegskolan" i Stockholm), and Chalmers Universitet, Goeteborg. You can do your master's in English, but you would need to speak swedish for your bachelor.
