would it be a bad thing to type all in CAPS? Just wondering because I think it looks better that way, but I don't know if employers don't like that or not...when I used to work at the bank, we would have to fill out CTR Reports all in caps, even when we issue cashier's checks we had to type all in CAPS. So would that be a bad thing if I filled out an application that way?

When typing online, all caps is considered YELLING. So unless you want to yell out your resume, I would definitely avoid using all caps.

The CEO where I work hates it especially in e mail which implies you are yelling. It may give the employer the impression that you do not know correct grammer as well.

CAPS ok since your particulars will be more easily readible and attract attention than the form details itself.

Try it.
