The best way to network 2 or more PCs on DSL is with an Ethernet router.

An Ethernet router can be purchased at most any electronics or department store. I have had the best luck with Linksys routers. They are made by Cisco. They are generally quite easy to set up and come with simple instructions.

You can get a wired/wireless router for $50-$80.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

What you need is a router.

If your computers are where you can run a cable between them you can use a wired router. If it would be difficult to wire them get a wireless router.

A router will cost you $49.95 always "on sale" at Best Buy or Circuit City.

You will connect your modem to the router then to your computers. It is real easy & the router comes with easy instructions.
