I fell on the ice this morning and initially my wrist was just a tish sore but I could still move it normally, but now, 6 hours later it's really sore when I move it and it's just a slight bit swollen. Could it be fractured even if I can still move it, or maybe just a sprain? What warrents a trip to the Dr.?

I've had many a sprain, mostly wrists and ankles. This sounds like a sprain. I'd go see a doctor.

You could keep ice on it and don't move it, unless you absoulutly have to.
