Cut the piece of fleece into an appropriate length...say 6 ft or 2 yards. Slice the ends up about 6 inches for fringe...poof, you're done! You could also save $$ by splitting a one yard piece up into about four strips, then sewing two strips together for a six ft piece...and proceeding as above. Fleece is easy to work with.
