Yes, although their numbers are dwindling and they are down to only four men's only colleges in the US right now.

It's important to note that single sex colleges are private; those men's colleges which have been forced to admit women in past years have been those which receive government funding/subsidies. Private schools can design their own admissions standards, whereas those which are owned or run by the government or government entities have been forced to go co-ed. So 'allowed' is the key word in your question - yes, they are allowed as long as they are private.

Yes, there are. There are also historically black colleges, Christian colleges, etc.
