Ok for all the people who say there is no way, there is...well it worked for me. go to your dad on his best day and just like have a conversation. Then bring up like makeup and say well dad i know you think i dont need make up and i know i dont. i just like to brighten up my face and seem brighter. I'm not saying i want the most expensive brand but i just ant to wear a little. Maybe a little eyeliner or blush or mascara, but i dont want to look like a clown so i wont wear a lot.

Your Dad just wants to keep you his little girl. There is a new makeup company that is aimed at Teens and Tweenz. I have listed it under sources.
Show Dad the products that they have. Maybe he will compromise with you after he sees and reads about the products. Start out small and work your way up. You do not want to argue with him because he will probably win. Tell him that your friends are starting to wear makeup and you would really like to try some too. Tell him that you respect his feelings. Then ask him to give a little bit and let you try a couple of things.
Start with something natural and light. Maybe some eyeshadow, a light blush or bronzer, and some lip gloss. As he gets use to the idea that you are growing up, maybe he will let you get some funky, upbeat colors.

Just use subtle makeup like a blush that is close to your skin tone and some mascara (but not too much). And of course something on your lips. I prefer chapstick because you can not only get it in different colors, but it keeps your lips nice and soft. As he allows you to wear makeup, you can branch out and start using colored eye shadows. As he gradually gets used to this, you can do whatever you want! It's a process with dads.

You can't.
Sorry, but it is his house and his rules. Too often girls entirely too young are wearing make-up and your Dad, I'm sure, is doing what he feels is best for you at your age. He loves you, remember that, and everything he does comes from that - even if it doesn't seem like it.
It's a chore anyway, sweety. Just wait until you're older...you've waited this long so a few more years won't hurt. Enjoy your youth and don't be in such a rush to grow up...trust me, you'll look back on these times and wish to be this age again.
Keep your chin up.

Mine won't let me wear it either, He says I am too beautiful for it. But I got him to let me wear it.
He may think you won't take it off before bed and then your face will break-out.
He may not want to let go of his little girl, and thinks make-up will make you look older.
Ask him why he won't let you wear it.
And try to compormise with him on how much you should wear.
If he still won't budge, Try to take it like it does'nt matter, if you go and slam your door screaming the whole way to your room he will not let you wear it anytime soon.
If you really want to wear make-up, you can go to school (Or the event) early and put it on inside the bathroom, And before you leave take it off. (It is very decitful but it works).
I hope this works.

show him how beautiful you can be when enhanced by make-up but don't put too much. let him know you're limiting yourself to a point where it's only making you look better, not sluttier.
remember to talk to him in a friendly way, don't beg or get mad or say anything childish, that will only make him think you're still too young. talk to him with respect, show him your purpose of wearing make-up, have a conversation maturely, he'll realize you're responsible enough.
