You need to check with US immigration about this.
If you are an American citizen you have two ways to bring your foreign spouse (husband or wife) to the United States to live. They are:
* Immigrant visa for a Spouse of a U.S. Citizen (IR1 or CR1) - An immigrant Petition for Alien Relative, Form I-130 is required.
* Nonimmigrant visa for spouse (K-3) - It is important to note that application for the nonimmigrant visa for spouse (K-3) who married a U.S. citizen must be filed and the visa must be issued in the country where the marriage took place. After the visa process has been completed, and the visa is issued, the spouse can travel to the United States to wait for the processing of the immigrant visa case.
* Two petitions are required:
o Petition for Alien Relative, Form 1-130; and
o Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Form I-129F

Violet Pearl nailed it.
I did the exact same thing with my fiancee on a K-1 visa from Indonesia back in 2001.
First thing you do is hire an Immigration lawyer. Cost me about 2K IN 2001. The lawyer will guide you through all the paperwork which for a K1 included proof of income, sworn statements and medical exams for me and my now wife.
I imagine the process will be very similar.
I am not sure if she can enter the US immediately. We had to wait 6 months for INS - now Homeland Security does it - to handle all the paperwork.
Good luck.

that is as much as the Philippine government. they have an inclination to be a sturdy Catholic society so between the government and the church, you're able to have the flexibility to get married in 30 days. in spite of the undeniable fact that, till now you bypass, you ought to perform a little homework and notice in case you will get suggestion from the government. additionally, she is going to could have a passport so she gets into this usa. Being married to you, she could qualify to citizenship right here, yet getting her out of her usa must be an argument in case you want to marry her there. the different decision is for her to return right here on a trip, and the two one in each and every of you get married right here in a civil rite. Assuming that she is Catholic, the church right here has regulations approximately getting married right here. So in line with threat a civil rite could be a thank you to bypass. I bear in ideas the time i grew to become into in the philippines. stable cases and appropriate women. i understand a pair people who had to marry Philippine women yet do no longer understand in the event that they ever did. stable success

The thing to do is to call the Home Security office near you and tell them what you are going to do. You will need to get her a visa to come into this country and you will have to fill out paperwork for her once she gets here. First, you need to get her in this country as your wife and that is going to take a visa. Call the Home Security office about the visa and follow their directions.
