i really want to talk to dead people.....maybe you can help! my mom wont let me buy a ouija board or use any stuff like that cuz shes scared can you help me??

Sit quitely and try to think of nothing. Just keep your mind as blank as you can. Let them know, (by thinking, or whispering) that you want to talk to them. Be patient, you'll eventually get an answer.

Contrary to what many people may claim the ouija board can become dangerous. For example the real story behind the book/film "The Exorcist" involved an eight year old boy who became obsessed by the ouija board. Jesuit priests spent an entire summer during the 1940's to exorcise him. Maybe the real thing you're struggling with is the uncertainty of the future. Such experiences are not uncommon especially if you are struggling with life, big decisions, etc. It's natural to desire "to control' the future. The reality is - we can't over and beyond the decisions we make each day and the care we may take to plan as best we can for the future whatever that may mean at one point. This also becomes the place where religious faith - thoughtful and searching religious faith - comes into play. We walk by light shrouded in darkness... It may be helpful depending on your age, etc. to consult a qualified spiritual director. Go to "Spiritual Directors International" website for referrals close to you. Peace!

Ouija boards are real. You can contact demons on them but, not dead people. The spirits of people who have died are in another place waiting for judgment. You cannot speak with them until you have left this world. God tells us to stay away from the occult. Your mother has reason to avoid and not want you to do this.

It is better not to mess with that. Dead means dead. The Lord never let the dead people to come and to be in contact with us. But some people love to do that. They use many ways to do so. Some people get together in a seance and hold hands and invoked the spirits. Edgar Cayce did it. Why you don't read about him? You can learn from him. Use the net in order to investigate what you need to satisfy your curiosity.

Well if you want to talk with spirits in the physical world then you have to use some kind of medium. Why do you want to talk with them? Do you just think its cool? This isn't something to play around with! You said that your mom is scared is that bc of the bible/God or does she just think it is a bad idea? Trust your mom if she thinks its just a bad idea and don't do it. Besides it takes two people and it is hard and dangerous to do by yourself.

You can't talk to the dead. The only possible thing that could talk to you would be a evil spirit or demon. You want to leave them alone.

Anyone special in mind? It would be nice to know who you are talking to. You need to be a good conversationalist though. The conversation can get pretty dead at any point unless you keep it moving.
