Some people think he's guilty of the crimes he was covicted of, but they still like him for his music. Others think he's inoccent, and will defend his character to the end.What do you think?

i think he is guilty and i think that hes gonna have to have some help i dont think jail is always the answer to every thing. but i do know there are some therapies out there that helps people with this kind of problem. it can never be cured but it can be controlled. and i also hold the parents to these children responsible at least in part, and i simply dont understand why in the world they keep letting children go out to his house and what normal parent lets a child any child stay the night with a single man and why in the world would he want children to spend the night with him if he doesnt have some thing in mind. so yes i believe hes guilty and so are the parents. there is a big difference in a sex offender and a pedophile a ped believes and is only attracted to children and only marries if the woman has children already hoping to get a relationship started with her children he really is not interested in the woman at all . a sex offender is messed up usually because of porn started at a early age or they have been molested themselves. and that causes problems with thier errors of thinking. the difference is the ped cannot and ever be trusted with children and they will when they get out of prision seek children in parks and at school and on the streets because they are only attracted to children and believe they can have a grown up relationship with them until they hit the age they are no longer attracted to them then they will hunt for another child to take thier place.and yes i believe he is a ped.

I'm not sure if he's innocent of the charges or if it's just another case of the California Celebrity Acquittal Syndrome. I can't really say. He could be guilty of the charges but I'm not so sure I trust the parents of some of these kids. They could be just trying to get money out of him. It is kind of weird for a man in his late 40's with a wig and fake nose to have little 12-year-olds as "friends". I don't know any adults that have little kid friends.

my partner and i are divided on this. I think he needs to at least be put into a mental institution for assessment but my partner thinks that it is all false and people are out to get him for his money. for me... i know that someone who has had that many accusations made against him MUST be doing something wrong! Shove him in the psych ward... GOODNESS! After all the media attention, what NORMAL human being would keep inviting children into his bed let alone his house! it just dosn't add up!

OK, look. The whole Michael Jackson thing is so old. Just get over it. The guy has been humiliated on live T.V already. Everyone around the world knows about what he's done.
And no, I'm not defending him. I just think you should give the guy a break. He's suffered enough.

I don't think he should be in jail because I don't believe that anyone should be in jail when there is absolutely NO evidence that they did anything wrong!! The only evidence they had was a kid who told a different story every time he told it!! Those parents were just gold diggers with a get rich quick scheme that failed!!

i completely agree with thriller^
seriously though, before i knew anything about michael jackson i thought he was a pedophile, joked about it....then i started reading about him, about the case and it became more clear that he is very troubled, but nice guy who is not a pedophile at all. that kid's mom was a goldigger for sure.
no one can be 100% sure but unless they ever find kiddie porn at his house i'm not convinced. actually they found a bunch of playboys and barely legals at neverland, i think that's pretty funny.
