It all depends on the company and whether it's willing to give you a chance... I have a felony possession for sales and a felony street terrorism that got dropped to a misdemeanor on my record and I got a pretty good job working for a restoration company as a receptionist... when I started they were even willing to work with me as far as going to see my P.O. every 2 weeks... it all depends on the company... good luck... = )
