The female Reindeer, also known as the Caribou, certainly has antlers, but I'm not sure that she is the only one.

Yes the Reindeer, the females are the only ones with antlers in December - who else but women could get the jolly fat guy around the world in a single night!

i read somewhere that giraffes were the only antlered animal in the world that never shed their antlers and both sexes had antlers. however i am uncertain of this however reindeer females do have antlers

yes reindeer are the only species to have males, females, and calves produce antlers.
