I'll be pulling the trailer from Salt Lake City to Olympia area of Washington state and just wanted to know so I could kind of estimate the fuel costs with the trailer too.

Sorry, the Durango averages 20 Highway and 14 City MPG.

ALot of gas money i bet 3 to 5 mpg

I don't know what the mileage is for your Durango or what size engine you have. If you have a 5.7 Hemmi then about 8 miles to the gallon. It is not only the load you put into the trailer but the air drag on the trailer. My Ram with the 4.7 engine gets around 11 mpg around town and 18 hwy. Your Durango may get a little better or not. Weight and drag will greatly reduce your mileage...good luck...

A Dodge Durango in the mountains isn't going to get enough millage without a trailer to pass the next fuel station anyway.

Depends on how much weight you stuff in it. Expect no more than 14 mpg
