On a personal level many things. But as to the future generations of the entire planet it will be extremely important. Once the world becomes aligned against global climate change as it appears to have done today in the news story made earlier in the day TV, radio, and the newspapers will be bombarding us with news every day about it. Already there are some real "crazies" offering science fiction ideas as to how to turn the warming around - talk about scary! For all people living today this news may be the most important or most significant thing that ever occurred in their lifetimes.

Other than imminent threat of a nuclear war, nothing is more important to all of humanity than climate change. For better or worse, it WILL affect everyone in some way.

Pretty much anything is more important, because humans have no effect on climate change. Try worrying about something we can effect, like killing terrorists.
