I want to go to the DH Book premire, but I don't know how to order the book with the option of picking it up at the store. I know how to have it shipped to my house, just not how to have it reserved at the store.

If you're planning on getting it at a Borders or Barnes and Noble, all you have to do is walk into the store and ask someone at the information desk to help you reserve your copy. I think most other stores that are taking pre-orders would operate the same way.

Most stores will allow you to pre-order a copy and pick it up on the official release date. Because the book is expected to move so much copy, most chain stores and many indies are expected to hold release parties. If there isn't a display or a box of cards or something like that at your local store, just ask the kid at the checkstand for details.
