Remember those Lake Hurst guys who hassled him and said they would get him back? Well at this party (which was at Emma's house), he went outside to chase Liberty (to tell her he still loved her) and one of those guys was peeing on his car. sum jerk was peeing on his car. the jerk walked away from the car, and jt walked toward it. the jerk moves up to jt and stabs him in the back. they leave, and jt falls to the ground. liberty comes, and starts screaming for help. when at the hospital, the doctor asks to see a family member, and toby says they're brothers. the doctor says jt's aorta was fractured, and they were unable to save him.

He got shanked.
When he was going to his car, he got into a confrontation. and when he thought they were gone he turned his back, and they shanked in him the back. then Liberty came out of the woodwork and waited with him til the ambulance came.
