I don't recommend eating Borax, but it's really pretty safe. People use it in houses (and to wash laundry) all the time, without bad effects. I don't know what's in Antex, so I have no comment on that one.

Grocery stores and some home stores like Lowe's or Home Depot. You might have to really look for it - try the top shelves.

Wal-mart, superstore etc...
