I didn't know that I had to wait for my schools to be processed before I could take them off. I was stupid enough not to have the one due first included in the first six that I sent. Since I will miss the deadline by a couple of days, what can I do? What should I do?

file it with all the information you have. Then you can go back and edit it later. It needs to be in by the deadline.

You should still apply. I miss the deadline and I still applied. I was not able to get any grants but I still had a chance beacuase I applied. I was able to get a subsidized stanford loan to help. This was better than nothing at all. I never miss the deadline again.

First, I would call the financial aid department of your school and talk to them directly!

Second, revise your FAFSA application, online!

You can learn from this experience - if something is that important, it must be a priority - you must meet deadlines.

I applied late once and was awarded half of my tuition.
