i would suggest forever 21. they have the cutest clothes that aren't very expensive. also, h&m isn't too bad. old navy is good too.

Charlotte Russe is a must. They have sales on all of there clothes, even when there brand new on the shelves, they orginize there clothes well, so you all ways know right where to go, and the people are really nice. Last weekend i bought 18 pieces of jewlery for 50 cents a piece!

A REALLY good place near where I live is Plato's Closet. But I'm not sure if it's just that one or if it's a chain. But they have jeans from American Eagle that are normally $50 for $15. It's a thrift store, but they only buy the best brand clothes from people.

Oh My Gosh you have to check out www.womenshelp.net!!! You will totally love it! They have a bunch of really good links for cheap hard to find deals on clothes and accesories. They even have a site where you can get awesome very cute and trendy clothes for no more than 15 bucks! Check it out you will love it!
