Ok, thats kinda dumb. No one should be able to sue McDonald's because they choose not to make healthy dietery choices for themselves. Why then should someone who doesn't even eat there be able to sue.

Sue happy america and the lawyers that support and promote it to happen.. simply disgusting!

This day and age it would seem that anybody can sue McDonalds for any reason. I really want to be a fat disguisting slob, but I just can't seem to stack on the weight. So I'm going to sue McDonalds for making their food too healthy!

undemanding- commercial quickly nutrition has resisted offering nutritional advice (you be attentive to, telling human beings what they are eating in terms of energy, fat, sugar, etc.) at each bent. this might comprise all those ingredients they use and submit any time-venerated advice as to their area consequences. as quickly as commercial quickly nutrition has the same opinion to submit caloric/fat/sugar content fabric on the menu board, then that is thoroughly all the way down to the buyer. If somebody is keen to consume a hamburger/fries/pop mixture which includes all the day's caloric intake, 5 days' nicely worth of saturated fat, and dissimilar days' intake of sugar and sodium and do this knowingly, then commercial quickly nutrition is off the hook. fairly hassle-free, particularly.

Did Ronald MacDonald shove burgers and fries down his throat with his little red gloves? Personally I find it pathetic that people are so irresponsible for their own behavior or stupidity. No one forces you to smoke or eat, its called HOT coffee for a reason etc etc.Thankfully here in Canada (exspecially more rural areas) we don't sue everybody and everything for our own actions

Honestly, the way the law is these days, I think your friend may indeed have some kind of lawsuit. I could go for a piece of that pie too, but I hate their food. ~~~

I really don't think so. If he dosen't eat there, why would he sue McDonalds?

Haha... yes. Even though he doesn't eat there, McDonald's commercials have encouraged him to eat.

The outrage!!!

I don't believe so, he would have to have some proof that he ate there, how often etc. to be able to join in....otherwise everyone would do it.

He could but likely hood of winning is slim to none. He'd have to prove he'd eaten there, excercised right, and that his body doesn't retain fat easily. "Fat" chance....
