Would you rather he lost or broke his ring? What if he got into a four wheeler accident and the ring had to be cut off? Wearing a ring doesn't make you married. It's a nice symbol, but it's not what matters. What matters is the commitment you two have made. That commitment doesn't go away by taking off a piece of jewelry. My grandparents have been married for sixty years. They don't wear wedding rings at all and have managed just fine.

Butter or Baby oil.
PS: you shouldnt wear the ring in the 1st place, if you ever have to a pick a ring you should try get a better/fit size.

Run the ring under warm-hot water. Heat will expand the ring much more than it will your cause your hand to swell, so the "hole" in the center should get bigger.

I say put your hands in ice to make them get smaller and if that doesnt work then use butter or oil.

try soap & water and make sure the sink is pluged up/ but if that doesnt work try butter and try that wiggling back & forth thing

oil like olive oil might do the trick for you. otherwise a saw at a jeweler or a hospital emergency ward.

also try getting your hand really cold (ice water?) Your skin will shrink up a little bit and it may just be enough.
