It really depends what state your in. Since you are a minor it is up to your parents on whether charges will be pressed. In all honesty sex at your age is a bad idea because of things like this. You really should have waited. Im not going to preach the whole you should wait till you are married thing because there are happy couples out there that have children and never get married and have long happy lives to together. You just should have waited longe due to your reaction to the situation your truly not ready for a baby nor the responsibility.

No. The age of consent is 16. Your parents can have him arrested for statutory rape even if you say you had consentual sex with him. What the hell are you doing with an 18 year old anyway. If you were my daughter and I found out your were pregnant, having the slime arrested would be the least of your worries. My neice is the mother of 2, 19 years old and on her own (daddy decided he wanted to have fun as soon as he turned 21 and straddled with a family.). You better wake up kiddo and be more concerned about the baby you'd be carrying and not the "adult" who can't be responsible.

You can not protect your boy friend. You are 15? Was he protecting you? I know you don't want to hear this, but an 18 year old has no business having sex with a 15 year old minor. It is illegal.I hope for your sake that you are not pregnant, you have your entire life in front of you. Be a teenager for as long as you can. Life is short and you will grow-up quick enough. Go and find out if you are pregnant, decide what You want to do. He has already done enough. Stop having sex!!!

that is 100% up to your mom and dad, it is against the law for him to have sex with you, but someone has to put in the complaint, the authorities don't do anything unless there is a complaint, and if he was 17 when you conceived, then really isn't any proof that you have had sex after he turned 18, so be very careful now and if you want to act like a grown up be more responsible and take precautions

I would say that all depends on what state you live in and how strick the laws are.
I think in most states that having sex with an underage minor the guy can get into trouble. I would suggest finding out first if you are then I would sit your parents down and tell them that he didn't rape you that you wanted to do it but didn't intend on the worst happening.
Good luck

depends on where you live and how fast he can run from your father! no one can tell you not to have sex, but if your not pregnant i suggest you get on birth control. your mother will be upset but you need to talk to her. she'll be even more upset if you come to her and tell her pregnant it;s a hard thing for a mom to here those words i did 8 yrs ago when my daughter came to me and told me she was pregnant at 15 a lot of things go through your head. your education, supporting a child, it's alot of work. but first find out if you are then take it from there. the last thing you should worry about is your boyfriend going to jail.you need to get checked, then worry about telling both of your parents. everything worked out for my daughter because i stood by her.( after i lost my mind.) now I'm glad my grandson is gorgeous and she's married to some Else and they have a baby girl. so go talk to your mom even if your scared to death. she will yell, scream and probably want to cut his **** off that's the price you both will have to pay. good luck my prayers are with you.email me and let me know how it went ok stwartsgirl@yahoo.com

Sure, if you say you don't know who the baby's daddy is. But that's wrong. And unless he's mentally unstable, wich I mean no offense, he's in the wrong. No 18 year old should be with a fifteen year old. You are 15....if he loves you, he'd want you to have a life. There is morals and reasons why there is a law. And if he's smart he will respect it. If you're smart...you'll know what i'm saying.

Depends on your parents. They could have thrown him in jail just for being around you. Stat. Rape can be charged with only 2 yrs diff., even if you were 15 and he was 17. Talk to your parents.

In most states as long as there is an age difference of only three years it is a misdimeanor; it becomes a problem (e.g., felony) if there is a five year or greater age difference. It's unlikely a state's attorney would prosecute, in any case.

be very very careful with that. i was in the same situation and was put in foster care. dont tell peole you are dating and dont tell who the babies dad is no matter what. thats really a hard situation but if he just turned 18 and your pregnant now you most likely got pregnant before his b-day. stop having sex!
