It could be a number of things, without knowing exactly where it hurts its hard to determine wht it could be. If you go to a physio he/she will do some tests on your wrists to determine which movements cause pain and be able to form some sort of conclusion. It could be ligament damage, fracture, tendon inflammation etc.... so best to go get it checked so you can treat it appropriately. Avoid lifting with that hand for now..if it is swollen, ice it to reduce inflammation.

However, if you are looking to avoid going to the physio to have it checked (which i recommend), put a splint running from inner side of your hand, down wrist and arm (eg, a ruler) and strap it up for a week to avoid you using it and allow it time to recover without causing more damage.

take it easy sweety...its nothing serious...or at least it seems like that. If you still have this pain within a week or so and its not going down...then you might need to see a doctor. But it doesnt look that serious...

You could have fractued your wrist. You should go to a doctor and have an x-ray taken.

Ow!

It sounds like you sprained somethng. At least, you'll want to wrap or brace it. You might even want to get a doctor to look at it to make sure that's all it is.

Good luck!

Go to the doctor you may have something broke. Also rest it, ice it, elevate it, take some tylenol or motrin pain.

What do you need help with? You probably just sprained it or stretched a muscle too far. Ice it.
