Jimmy legs! lol, I get that a lot too...especially in an uncomfortable environment or situation. Drinking tea always helps calm me down, and the warmness of it really opens up your airways and helps you to breathe deeper and thus able to think more clearly. Green tea is the best for you health-wise, so I'd suggest that :) Good luck with everything...and remember to relax!
*Edit* If you need any other ideas, I'd suggest joining a yoga class. I've personally never tried it, but I've heard it can give amazing results when it comes to de-stressing. Also, the first answerer is technically correct as well. Masturbation is a great way to let go of unwanted anxiety, and has great health-benefits as well :)

Shut them out of your mind and your life, ignore them, scare them away, etc., otherwise it is just a temporary solution to an issue or problem that may or may not be troublesome to you. If I need not to become emotionally involved with something, I have to come to the conclusion that nothing I do or say will matter after facing it head on...and then I move on....it's not that hard. But this would have to be something detrimental to your well being or awfully negative to the point of insanity..

You need to feel comfortable in your own skin. Maybe you need to find something to do with yourself. Some people are just revved up with energy and need to burn it off. You should join in on some sports, get a job where you're kept really active and busy--believe me you'll be sleeping like a baby in no time. Enjoy that energy while it lasts...you'll wish it back 20 years from now! LOL

hi you could try drinking camomile tea and bathing in Lavender oil at night, Lavender has been used for hundreds of years to help aid with restless nights and Camomile is known for it's calming effects. you can buy these in most health shops as pure oils that need to be diluted. other oils you could try are
clary sage
patchouli
rose
sandlewood
ylang-ylang
best method is massage or bathing in the oils but remember to test a part of your skin with diluted oil before using it on the whole body to avoid rections and always be careful using aromatherpy oils if you are pregnant.

Consider taking up Yoga. Stretching the muscles releases a lot of tension and yoga teaches breathing and relaxation techniques.

try to practice sport. run or swimm or play with your a frinds basketball or something...a game...something to consume your energy.give yourself something else to do instead....that should work. for example when you catch yourself mooving your leg, count to 10 everytime ;) soon you will be more aware of your bad habbit or the moments when you are too agitated if try counting or doing something to replace that action.but keep it constant - every time ur agitated - count to10/read 10 lines from a book(a diffrent book or magazine everytime)
