Who do you think deserves MVP this year! I feel like Kobe was totally cheated last year and I feel he deserves it, but Gilbert Arenas is doing his thing too as is Lebron James.. Let me know what you think..
Please I dont want the I hate Kobe answers.. I know many of you hate on him , thats fine Im just looking for real answers.

Kobe Bryant, I feel is one of the best players in the league. he's averaging 28.8 pts/game 5 dishes and 5 rebounds a game, but what's more intriguing is that he has been taking several less shots a game than last year, which puts him at around 60 shots a game.Nowinstki and Nash are both putting on shows, but I don't hear their rival's fans chanting MVP for them. He gave fans something to cheer about at the garden after he dropped 43 and was just stroking it from 3 point range. Celtics need something to cheer about other than Brian Scalebrine putting on a show in the 4th quarter.So my pick goes to Kobe because what hes done for the lakers, but my second pick would be Brian Scalebrine from the Boston Celtics.

Gilbert Arenans will not win it. He is doing what kobe was doing last year, but a big smaller. Kobe scored 81 last year. Arenas scored 60 in 3 overtimes. Kobe last year scored 60 in 3 quarters so that proves Arenas will not win it. His stats are like kobe's last year and kobe got only a few votes. This year kobe has stepped up and carried with team. He's passing much more now and because he's playign the 3 sometimes, he is getting more rebounds. Steve Nash has bascially 4 all stars around him and he's just feeding them the ball. Dirk also has 2 or 3 all stars with him, but i admit he can shoot. Now kobe has a decnet player in odom, the starting center of last years team at the beginning out fot he seaon(chris mihm) Kwame replaced chris in the center position but he got injured too. Odom was injured for like 20 games and when he got back, walton went down. I think kobe had to do a lot more to keep his team in the top of the west.
So i think Kobe should be the mvp of this season

He is the best player in the league!! He is the only player that can go on the road and make the other team's fans scream his name and chant MVP!
Gilbert Arenas??? Are u kidding me!! Sure he has scored a lot of 40+pts, that's all he does! Kobe did that last year and way way better! He scored 81 pts, 62 in 3 quarters. He was amazing, but he didn't win! NBA must hate Kobe.
You can't say Kobe is a ballhog anymore, he is making his team better and he is still..well, he is still Kobe Bryant, the best basketball player in the league!
Kobe ain't just the best player right now, he is playing at a level where he can go down as the best basketball player of all time!

Its really among Gilbert, Nash, LeBron, Kobe, and Dirk.
I don't think its right that Nash get it again. And LeBron got cheated last year (He carried his team to the playoffs, broke several records in the progress, was 2nd in NBA in scoring, and he made a liar out of Rasheed Wallace by taking Detroit to 7 games). Sure Kobe scored 81 last year ( I'm prettey sure several other guys could have done that to the Raptors) but gave up against the Suns in the playoffs when his team needed him. I would give it to Dirk since he deserves it more than anybody else. Reason? Dallas is 38-9. Thats all I got to say. He'll be back in the Finals. And watch T-Mac closely. Houston is winning games without Yao right now. I wonder why? ^ ^

Gilbert Arenas deserves it.. What he has done with the Wizards is amazing. Without him conducting the floor teh Wizards are lost.
I don't hate on Kobe but some of things he has said and done this year really didn't sit well with a lot of writers and media in general. One being the comments he made about Gilbert Arenas after the lost to the Wizards and the other being his recent suspension that many knew was no accident.l Kobe still has a lot of growing up to do.
( The Lakers held their own very well when Kobe was out. )

everyones gonna say nash or dirk this year and while both of them are playing great the mvp trophy never really goes to right person. both of these guys are on dominant teams. they have great teammates and great coaches.
i really have to go with gilbert arenas on this one. i cant find one person that could say they new the wizards would be the 1# seed in the east right now. now while the east is playing terrible and its no secret the west is harder to play for, anyone who watches the nba always picks the mavs or suns to do great every year. but honestly did anyone pick the wizards? i mean they are a good team but gilbert has done alot this year.

Nash or Nowitzki. The Suns would not be close to where they are w/out Nash. Kobe is doing much better this year but is passing more for the recognition. Phil Jackson should be getting more of the credit for the Lakers improving.

LeBron james, he does the most to help his team win all the other players have decent teams to work with like if you took Steve Nash off the suns they could still make a playoff run. if you took Kobe off the lakers the lakers could still make a run. but if you took lebron off the cavs the cavs would be lucky to win 30 games the whole season.

Nash...the way the Suns are playing,come on..Arenas a candidate bt kobe helping the lakers win even when he is nt droppng 40...thats good..so he is there too
