Duh. The media does not show the President of Iran announcing the Destruction of the West. Maybe one program. Why? Duh. Do you think it is not news? Duh. Do you think the Prez of Iran is bluffing? Duh. Perhaps you dont even think we are in a real war? You cant see it so it dont exist...just like oxygen.
What do you think will happen when, when they get nukes? Think they might plant them here in our country? Go back to sleep and read about which movie star is divorcing which...etc etc....

Bitter and disappointing post - ranting does nothing to convince others.

I do read the news, and am happy to say that I am poignantly aware of the ludicrous and ignorant statements made by President Ahminejad of Iran.

The Iraq war has nothing to do with Iran, except eliminate Iran's primary threat in the Middle East. (Israel obviously being the second).

Of Bush's Axis of Evil - North Korea has the nuclear bomb now, and well on their way to a delivery system via missile. Iran is working on the bomb, but has no delivery system outside of terrorists.

Iraq, the nation Bush chose to invade, had no weapons of mass destruction, and no nuclear or biological programs functioning in the last decade or more.

And the cost of invading Iraq has been loosing control of Afghanistan.

Iran has been making pointless threats towards the US since 1979 and have done nothing about them.

Saudi Arabia, our 'ally' has been funding terrorists for at least a decade.

Do the math please.

first, Iraq isn't necessary to invade Iran... it's not like some magical gateway and that's the only way you can get there.... we didn't have to invade a country to completely destroy Iraq... and we don't need to invade a country to invade Iran...

our military is far too mobile to need "stepping stones"

second, I mean... what do you think that N. Korea will do?

do you really think Kim is less crazy? and al-queda... still out there and we have no idea how powerful they are... and there are still black market nukes out there... what happens then? who knows... they are all threats... one no less important than the other... and we're doing little about all three in reality....

you Republicans just listen to whatever Bush says and ignore everything else that's going on in the world... China could invade the western half of the United States and Bush supporters would still wonder why were not doing anything about Iran...

I don't want to implant the paranoia that 8 year olds get about nuclear war, because with Iran, it wouldn't be a war.

They'd nuke us to the ground, while the Democrats tried to 'negotiate.' And the sickening part is, some Americans would still say things like 'it's their right,' or 'Make love not war' when its them starting the war!!!

If they get nukes, we're screwed, and Iraq is our only option. Having a base in the region takes the war over there.
