You may not need it, but powder gives you a really finished, non-shiny look. I love Cornsilk brand pressed powder over my foundation. Powder helps absorb oil throughout the day as you wear your makeup. If your skin isn't that oily, and you don't want to wear powder, then you could just skip it.

The foundation may be a matte finish rather than dewey or satin, etc.. but your face may still get shiny especially if you're oily, in that case, you would still need a powder :)

it depends on what your skin type is if u r oily then yes use powder too. if u r combonation then probably. if u r normal skin type than no. and if you have really dry flakey skin then definitely not. i guess it also depends on how truthfull the advertisement for that foundation is. is it reallly matte or just a little?

hope i helped.

No. Powder is never necessary with any foundation.

If you don't have oily skin, no. If you do, then most likely.

Not necessarily. But if you want to, you could.
