This is gross... but unfortunately all mammals have it at one point in their lives. Smegma is a secretion of a mammal's genitalia. This secretion helps lubricate the genitals. It is most often seen in teenage people because of the abundance in bodily juices. This secretions are found under the fore-skin of males and between the labia or clitoris of females.
