Because George Bush made perhaps the biggest screw up in US history and now the troops have to desperately try and clean up his mess so he can save face.

9/11 changed everything. Iraq was allowing terrorist to train in Iraq. Then US intelligence and British Intelligence though Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. Saddam's actions went in harmony with this belief. Remember all the United Nations resolutions? And now that Iran is up to no good, the US will have to use the bases that they have set up in Iraq if they decide to attack Iran. So even if the US decides to stop fighting in Iraq they will just pull back and occupy the bases, but they will not leave Iraq until a decision is made on Iran.

because it was using oil money to make weaponry they can use against the west so that they can work toward making one islamic state. Thats why you hear rumours that the american gov't is stealing oil, we dont want them using it to fund a nuclear webance program. Although, Iraq isnt the only place we should be in right now; there are dozens of islamic countries that violate human rights and are killing people. For example look at the systematic genocide of christians in sudan by islamic jihadists. Incase you didnt know, we are at WW3-islamic countries are forming an alliance against the west.
