Can anyone tell me if a document produced in MS Publisher can be saved in MS Word for easier formating?

The draw-down window does not show Word, Works, etc. as an option.

You could answer your question by selecting "Save-As" from the File menu and from the "type" drop down see if word document type is listed as an option.
