You can buy it and download it from the offical site but you have to have an internet connection everytime you play. You can buy the dvd version of the game, after you install those you don't have to put the disk in all the time.
You can download it from limewire or something but those are usually covered in spyware and missing nesscary files. Torrents are the only things I know of where you can download it and have little to no problems with the game.

Try www.demonoid.com and search for it, and then unpack it with a program called Utorrent (search Google). Once its unpacked, which should take probably half a day's time, you should download an archiving software like IZARC or WINZIP and from there you can install it using the files.

I love that game! Maybe you should try to download it from Kazaa, Emule...or any of these programs. They have music, movies, and games too.
