You can use a hairdryer to dry it. If you don't get rid of the moisture it will start to blow your headlamps faster then you can replace them. The seal on it must be bad. I don't think you can reseal them. I could be wrong on it though. My T-Bird is doing it to both sides so I need to replace them both. Check link below for them. DON'T GO TO DEALER. They will charge you an arm and leg for them.

This is going to sound crude. Many cars have a drain "vent" hole cast in the lowest point in a corner on the front "face" of the lens. GM cars all have vents also but there cast in the back side of the lens somewhere towards the center. I personally saw a Ford dealership do the following: Use an electric drill with a 3/16 bit carefully drill a hole in the lowest corner of the grille side of the lens. You have the best of two worlds. Your vented in the back and front. The water will clear within a five mile drive and will be a permanent fix. I forgot to tell you, the lenses are all made of plastic these days

Very common problem with newer vehicles that have what is called composite headlamp systems. You can attempt to remove the lense from the housing(which usually results in a broken lense)but if you are sucessful ,dry and clean the lense and housing.wipe the bulb clean with rubbing alchohol(if you don't,the bulb will blow from the oils in your fingers)then go to your local auto parts store and get what is called"butyl".It is a rope style adhesive which is used in replacing windshields.Replace the lens to the housing with the butyl, using masking tape to temporarily secure them together.leave the tape on for about 24 hours.
If you don't repair or replace the assembly the bulb will continue to blow.Type in the key words"aftermarket auto parts"in your search engine and you will find numerous less expensive alternatives to factory parts which are quite expensive.

if it continues, it will fill with water and hit the hot bulb and blow it. now first, is it just a little moisture on the inside of the lens, or is it collecting a pool of water in the bottom? if its just a little bit of moisture, its normal. cooler air outside the lens interacts with the heated air inside the lens from turning the lights on, and you get condensation on the inside of the lens. but if you are actually getting water collection, the cheapest and easiest way to quick-fix this is to drill 2 small holes in the underside of the headlight assembly right next to the edge of the lens. this will allow any water in the lens to drain out

Take out the bulb from the back and blow air in there. Really depends how much moisture. Mine had 2" sloshing around as it leaked in thru a rock chip hole. Sooner or later if the splashing hit the hot bulb - light out.

to get the moisture out you will have to take the head light out the best way is to put paper towels in side the hole and wipe them around and then take them out and take a hair dryer and blow hot air in the hole get a tube of supper glue and go all the way around the seam with it you have got a hole some wear. if you don't get the water out and it gets on the bulb it will blow it but don't put it in the oven it will melt it and make the lens yellow. good luck
