I have a "limited" account that is only visible on the user account page and not on the sign on screen...

Question

If I click on it in the user account screen nothing happens. I tried accessing it through the safe mode as well but nothing...I am the administrator. Only the administrator icon shows up on the sign on screen. Any suggestions that I have not tried.

Have you tried logging in as administrator, going to control panel then to user accounts and checking the "change the way users log on and off" setting?
