That song is about a woman controlling her own sexuality. Being strong and attacting men because of her confidence. Bette Davis was a great actress and she had these big beautiful eyes that were almost "child like" but, her characters where always strong independant women. Bi**hes, as they were probably called then and now.

Bette Davis was a great actress with sultry, alluring, sexy eyes. When someone says you have Bette Davis eyes they are saying your eyes are sexy and mysterious.It is one of the best compliments you can get.
