I don't think so I think that they are going to create new ECW titles. I heard that there is going to be an ECW Hardcore title, like the Intercontinental or US title, a Women's title, and tag team titles. Then, other superstars on the ECW brand will actually be able to hold titles without actually being the best on the brand.

I think not cause the other titles were destroyed in ECW a few years ago

Not at this time. ECW is seen as a developmental, the Tripple A if you will. OVW is the AA and MSW is A to use baseball terms

only if the ratings increase then they can bring in more titles but for now they are still growing
