If I had 24 hours to live I would surround myself with my kids and MAKE sure they understood I was always proud of them and loved them no matter what.

If i had 24 hours to live i would write my thoughts, tell all those that i love that i love them,and i would just go to sleep and hope to go in that moment.In peace.

This is a bit of a silly question because you give no indication of how healthy the person is, nor what their abilites are. That would change everything.
My philosophy is to live each day as if it were my last. But each day is different from the demands of the day that I have no control over.
If I were confined to bed, I would compose a poem of the joy of life and the sadness of losing it.

I would tell my family how much I love them, and try to help others before I die. For example, if I were a doctor, I would try to treat as many patients as I could, or do anything to make a person's life (or the world) better.

I would want all my family to come to be with me so I could say I love you one last time and tell each one what they have meant to my life.

i would spend it with my family......i would eat what i want to eat.....no worries about that......i would have a drink.......and smoke a nice one ( good stuff that i spent my life savings on) that last is a joke.....my life savings goes to my family.....what little i have.....
