its not actually moving your hips its slightly place one foot in front of the other and spread apart just a little bit and move your legs..not your hips
takes a while to get used to it tho

Just like riding a bike, you'll get accustomed to it.
Keep moving your hips in a circle continuously 'till you get used to it.
Make sure your legs are spread apart so you can move easily.

Yep....I do. But I wish someone would make one like the very first ones that came out. They were smaller, and made out of stiff black rubber. They were not pretty at all...but those were my favorite ones. Oh my...those were the days(the 50s).

I know how but you need to see it to be sure. I sucked untill i tried and won a prinze on my first go! so you need to se it done and practice
