It's not a hairstyle. It's hair unstyled. It looks like no thought or effort went into it. However, something similar that looked like a comb had gone through it would look quite nice.

it looks good
i wore my hair like that to my prom but it was more curly and my hair is like the blondest blond
(now my hair is short with brown highlights)
