I think the person was refering to a form of 'minimalism' or something like that... i'm not sure?

It is to say that everything has equal value. Yes, 2 is less than 4 in numeric value but in relativity 4 would not know it's value if it did not have 2. It is more a theory of relativity although one might say there is a minimalist notion to it. The more relative things become, the smaller your "footprint" in the cosmos. Know what I am saying?
