Trailing spaces are any extra spaces in the field. When you type something into a field, don't attempt to fill it with spaces. If you think that spaces appear beyond what you typed, just hit the delete key until they are gone.

One word about on-line forms. Some programs have BUGS. So if you used an Apostrophe or a Quotation Mark, you can get errors. Some of these errors are reported incorrectly.

If your name is "O'Brien" or something else with an Apostrophe character, you might have to DROP the Apostrophe to make the darn thing work.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

Click in a text field. If the cursor is not position immediately after the last character but instead is further out to the right then you have trailing spaces in that field. Use backspace to delete them.

My guess is remove spaces inserted after you typed in words. Although there are scripts they can run from their end to remove those automatically.

spaces you can't see but are attached with your entries. This usually happens when you cut and paste. just need to go back and see which entry got that empty space behind it.
