GIRL, PLEEASE!!! Thats indecent with all capital letters. Isn't it enough that you're already large? Why do you feel the need to bring additional attention to yourself or do you just like the idea of being gawked at? Everyone around you shouldn't have to look at you like that. Sometimes you should know where to draw the line without asking. Consider a breast reduction first.

No it isn't indecent exposure. In more and more states, it's actually legal for women to go topless if they desire. Some states have passed specific laws and others have ruled existing laws cannot be considered gender specific.
I for one think a bra-less woman in a tank top looks casual, relaxed, comfortable. However, too many men act childish about breasts, making women uncomfortable.
The world would be a better place if adults could act their age.

anyone is allowed in a tank top. anyone without a bra is asking to be stared at. a DDD woman braless in a tank top is asking gravity to get the best of her.

no deffinently not I'm a C and I can't go braless, you have to be really little to be able to do that like an a or smaller

I guess if they were natural they'd be hanging pretty low and it would just look like she was overweight.
