actually I was very shy as a child,then read positive thinking books, took mind control courses, and i made myself into a great salesman now,so yes I was in denial of my potential then lied to myself, believed the lies as the brain will believe what you tell it.over and over, with positive thoughts.and now am a different person, so with Faith I changed my perspective on things, we all live in denial.denieing our true self is totally bad, we can bring out the good in us.Peace

my first instinct was to say no but in order to honestly answer the question i thought about it for a moment and began to wonder if there is anything in my life that i may possibly be in denial about...i think i would have to truthfully say yes but the good news is awareness is the first step to enlightenment

Absolutely not! I can't imagine people who live in the world of denial either, I mean how they can do that to themselves. It must be awfully horrible. Good enough, yes?
